What is the possible voltage level for the sub-20-lxx version? Are any documents/specifications available online for sub-20-lxx? Thanks.

SUB-20-Lxxx is one of the following
SUB-20LB
SUB-20LV
SUB-20LR25
SUB-20LR45

The difference between L and non L is SPI level converter.
Level converter lets the SUB SPI to work at any voltage in range from 5V to 1.2V. The external voltage reference should be connected to SPI_EXT_PWR pin. If voltage reference is for example 2.5V SUB-20 SPI will work at 2.5V correspondingly.
