SPI clock speed

Post by wanxiang »

Hi:

From sub-20 manual, SPI minial clock speed is 150KHz. Is there anyway I can use slower clock than 150KHz? SUch as 1kHz or so?

Thanks

Hi,
Currently not but in next few weeks or month we are going to release new SW/FW version with two additional SPI channels where you could configure lower SPI frequencies.
Anyway I wander why do you need it?

I have a few parts which have 2-3us delay. So I need bigger clock period cycle to make sure the data is read correctly.

HI 2-3us delay means 500-330KHz frequency.
The lower SUB-20 SPI clock frequency is 125KHz isn't it good?

What part is it?
