Looking for MDIO capable module

Hi Everybody,
We are looking for MDIO compatible PHY or any other MDIO compatible module for purchase. The best thing would be a development board with MDIO slave device for reasonable price.
Why do we need it? Some of our customers would like to use third party MDIO modules as a reference for MDIO interface.
