MDIO register access tool (beta)

This MDIO access tool allows reading and writing PHY registers
Features:
- XML register definition file
- Easy Individual bit fields access
- Clause 22 and Clause 45
Prerequisites:
- Microsoft .NET runtime v3.5
- Latest SUB-20 software support package
Use the tm33.xml as a reference to create your own register definition files
Note that this is a beta. Please report issues in this thread or by sending us email to dimax.support@xdimax.com
