Troubleshooting

To check the video signal is passing throught GREX please follow next steps:

Step 1:
Remove all connectors from TV.

Step 2:
Connect power supply to GREX --> the light on GREX light indicator should appear.

Step 3:
Make a connecion between your source playback device and TV as shown below:

If you can't see playback from playback device on your TV, then there is something wrong with your equipment.

Step 4:
Connect GREX between your playback device and TV, as shown below:

If you still can see playback on TV from your playback device, then GREX is OK.

Step 3:

If you can't see playback from source device on your TV, then there is something wrong with your equipment.

Step 4:
Connect DVD Red Pro between your playback device and TV, as shown below:

If you still can see playback on TV from your playback device, then DVD Red Pro is OK.
