Getting Trace for off-line AC System Analyzes

How to get the trace?
-------------------------
1. Connect CoolMaster to your PC via RS232 port

2. Extract attached to this post d3dump.zip, it will create d3dump folder with following content:

cygwin1.dll
d3dump.bat
d3dump38400.bat
d3ttm.bat
d3ttm2400.bat
d3ttm38400.bat
x232.exe


3. Go to d3dum folder

4. Double click d3dump.bat (or any other bat file suggested by CoolAutomation support team) to run it

5. Specify RS232 port number on the prompt
ComPort: 1
You must specify RS232 port number the CoolMaster is connected to.

6. Let the program to run. To terminate program press Ctrl-C

7. Trace will be stored in log file like this one:
x232-2010.10.01.130746.log

8. Power reset CoolMaster

What to do with a log?
---------------------------
Log should be sent to CoolAutomation stuff for analyzing.
